B. Provisions Test Write and Interviews:
1. Test writing and interviews conducted in UNISBA Jln. Mojopahit No.2-4 Blitar
2. Test writing and interview held on December 2 s / d February 5,
2016, which is divided into two shifts, the first shift at 08.00 s / d
12.00 pm and the second shift clock 1 p.m. to 17:00 pm.
3. Participants are asked to attend as scheduled shift assigned, at least 15 minutes.
4. If participants attended more than 15 minutes after the shift takes place, then the candidate may forfeit the selection.
5. Participants should bring a selection 2B pencil and ballpoint ink color black.
6. Participants should bring a number of selection tests or receipt of registration.
7. To test space division based on the serial number of announcements per district.
8. The passing rate is determined from the results of written test and
interview assessment (writing letters and numbers standard scanner) and
attitude at the interview.
9. The selection committee's decision can not be contested.
