Abstract

This publication is part of BPS Blitar Regency's efforts to look broadly at the welfare problems of the residents of Blitar Regency by representing it in a Human Development Index measure. Please note that this publication presents new method HDI figures. In calculating the HDI with the new method, several changes and adjustments to the HDI have been made to both the indicators used and the calculation techniques. So it is hoped that the HDI figures for this new method will be more valid and relevant in measuring human development achievements
